How to Install Your Signal Booster
Step 1:
Connect the power supply and whip antenna to the booster.
Step 2:
Download the Signal Supervisor app and connect the booster.
Step 3:
Use the Signal Manager app to adjust the direction of the outdoor antenna. Find the best signal position, install the outdoor antenna, and connect it to the booster with the cable.
Step 4:
Install the two indoor antennas.
Note: Ensure proper isolation between the indoor and outdoor antennas.

We put foil covered insulation and new siding on our house. Our cell reception disappeared inside the house. The new cell booster restored our reception completely if not better than before.
This booster is a game changer. We would usually have 1 bar of reception at the most without the HiBoost. Since installing the booster we now have full service most of the time. It occasionally will drop but 99% of the time it works fantastic. I’ll also mention mine is not setup as recommended at all and I still have good results. Tech support is also great. They will keep in contact until your issue is resolved (if you even have any). I highly recommend this to anyone who has issues with their cell service.
*Unfortunately I wasn’t able to install the antenna on the roof but I’m still getting great reception. My phone reception went from 1 bar to 5 bars (even on days when there’s bad weather).

This is my second attempt to write a review for this product. The first was long and provided a great deal of useful information on how we aimed the antenna and choices we made to ensure excellent results. Apparently useful information is against Amazon's Community Guidelines.
So, I will just say we have zero regrets purchasing this product, and after careful planning and execution we achieved results that exceeded our expectations.
During the process we had to reach out to Tech Support. I would tell you what the minor issue was, but am afraid that "personal" information would also violate their community guidelines. Anyway, they were very responsive and solved our problem by shipping us a replacement part.
I highly recommend this product and hope you figure out how to achieve similar results.
The booster is everything it says it is. I was in disbelief, thought this may be a snake oil scheme. It wasn’t I’ve got service in the boonies now. Extremely happy! Keep in mind every little adjustment matters so be patient during setup.
