The 15K Smart Link Deluxe Cell Phone Signal Booster is the most powerful consumer unit of the HiBoost classic Smart Link series. 1. The outdoor antenna picks up the signal from the nearest cell tower and sends it to the booster.

Works great at our office!
We are using this to boost our service at our office. We are in a very rural area, and when we are in the building service is always very low and we have issues making calls. After installation we now have constant 4G service throughout the entire office area and even outside when we are close to the building. Installation was very straightforward and simple. Would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

Great product and great customer support
Our farm is far from any main roads and our closest tower is miles away. We had no bars or one bar in our home. To continue a call or to make a call you have to go to the second-floor guest room, it’s super annoying and after years of doing this I took the plunge and purchased this HiBoost Unit. After a few days, the newness has not worn off. I keep looking at the display on my phone and am still amazed that I have four bars. First time in years that I can actually stream Spotify. I also can make and receieved calls without having to climb the stairs every five minutes. This is an expensive product and you may need help to install it, but it completely feels worth it when you think about the alternative. Great product, great customer support.

Amazing – it works great
I had 1 bar in my house with steel siding. Outside I had 2 bars. With this installed, I now have 4 bars throughout my entire house and basement (3300 sq ft total). Installing took some time as the directional antenna is installed at a peak on my roof and pointed at my nearest cell tower, which is 3 miles away. I ran the coax into the siding under the roof overhang and into the attic. For the interior antenna, I put that in the attic, facing down on top of the sheet rock of my first floor ceiling. So the entire apparatus is in the attic and out of sight. So pleased.

What's the difference between the Plus and Smart Link?
In addition to different amplification, appearances, and prices, the indoor antenna of the Plus is built in the amplifier. You do not need to run extra indoor cable for the indoor antenna like a Smart Link booster with a panel indoor antenna. Besides the Smart Link is featured with a carrier-grade metal case while Plus comes with an ABS case.

We survived hurricane Ian but when wifi went down we had no communication from inside the house because we've never had a cell signal in the house. After looking around for cell boosters, I decided on the HiBoost. It was pretty easy to install once I figured out where the best signal was outdoors (still poor cell signal with T-Mobile where we live). The window cable worked great as it allowed for a quick install without drilling holes in the wall. At some point I may look for a stronger cell signal with possibly a pole mount, but for now I know we will have cell service in the house when wifi goes down.

Great units for the money also fantastic customer service don't be worried when they call you they will call you to just make sure that you're happy with the product which I think is a great customer service follow up.. I have an earthburn foundation. Surrounded by ledge and trees all around only one spot on the top of the roof was line of sight so so I have Verizon my wife has T-Mobile Both had dropped calls in the house now no longer a problem fantastic product don't hesitate we're actually running 2 splitters on this and it still works fine even though the DB loss on this splitter is up to 4.
Install took me a couple hours by myself. Not a big deal. I had ZERO bars/reception inside my metal barndominium home before install. I could not send or receive messages or calls. Sometimes from working inside for so long I would lose network connection unknowingly for hours to days before resetting my phone. I can now send and receive calls and messages anywhere in the home.
I wasn’t really expecting it to work because I’ve tried some in the past but this helped boost my cell service a ton and boosted my data enough to keep it, probably around 5 MB/s
