I live in Eastern mountains of Kentucky, and at extreme corner of cell tower coverage. The unit is rugged and well made. I’ve accidentally dropped it several times during extensive position testing and it continues to function flawlessly. The cell antenna is stylish, well made and easy to install. The connectors are solidly built and screw on easily. The 50?cable is built to last and easily snakes through rafters and walls. I would recommend an angle adapter for wall and shelve mounting as the cable is difficult to conceal. The technical instructions are cumbersome and poorly translated from Chinese into English and lose meaning in the process. Recommend hiring a professional illustrator with Chinese-English proficiency. The SignalSupervisor software is too technical and again poorly translated. Use simple meters with directional and distance commands. Green, yellow, orange, red strength meters. Maybe two oblong circles representing coverage cones of receiving antenna and unit to represent best compromise options for placement. Opensignal works well. Optimal installation took lots of effort (3 days) and additional technical research to understand how to maximize placement.Bottom line: Great product! Reasonably priced that works well in my remote application. Would recommend and even buy again for my other residence. Customer service is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I was initially taken back because I thought they were hounding me but later realized they were committed to assisting customers overcome the technical hurdles.

I have had so called "boosters" before, they didn't work. I saw the reviews fro HiBoost and gave thema try. Glad I did. Easy install, never even had to call support. I download app on my phone but after and educated guess as to my closest cell tower to point antenna at, I had 4 bars when before install only 1 bar that wouldn't support talk....... I decided it wasn't worth going back on the roof to see if I could make it better with adjustment. Happy as a can be. I will be ordering another one for my remote ranch location in Eastern Kansas....... Thanks for a Great product and doing what it says it will do.

Everything was great

We first mounted a 10' pole on top of my garage roof that is attached to my house, we attached the pole to the house roof facer but found that wasn't good because of the metal roof over my house and garage. We then moved it out front, put it in the corner of my front porch and house setting it on the ground using an umbrella stand and then added another 10' section of pole, so we're about 30' high above the ground and the signal improved tremendously. We purchased two pool skimmer poles that extend out to about 20' long each when extended, we then put one10' length from the second pole inside the original extended 20' pole to get the 30' height extension that we needed, I still have 10' from the second pole left over if I need it.... I'm telling you this so that you can recommend it to future customers for how to get the height needed, it works great and very affordable about $60.00 from Lowes! I also want to thank Liam from Hi-Boost for his help & quick responses. Tom M.

I recently moved and I was pretty much unable to have a conversation on my cell in the house. I constantly had 1 bar and all calls would drop or cut in and out repeatedly. I ordered this product and after a reasonably easy install all things considered, we are able to make and receive phone calls with no issues .I still have 1 or 2 bars only when home, but calls are clear and consistent so that’s what matters. Would highly recommend, called tech support and spoke with Dominick who was very helpful .Great product
