Good product that actually works when installed properly.
I used this product to replace an old wireless booster after it met its end due to a lightning strike. After installing this product, I have found it to work better than my old unit being it not only boosts my AT&T FirstNet phone but also Verizon phones in the same house hold (At the same time). I live in an area of rural Georgia where towers are only 4 miles away but due to the topography, you have little to no signal at ground level. After installing the outside antenna on our TV antenna that is climbable (Aprox. 30’), I hooked up the unit and instantly received full signal on my device, works good on the LTE & 4G bands

What's the difference between the 10K Plus and 10K Smart Link?
In addition to different amplification, appearances, and prices, the indoor antenna of the Plus is built in the amplifier. You do not need to run extra indoor cable for the indoor antenna like a Smart Link booster with a panel indoor antenna. Besides the Smart Link is featured with a metal case while 10K Plus comes with an ABS case.

I was skeptical ---- well it works fantastic. I went from 1-2 bars to 4-5 bars and even get 5g sometimes.
For those of us who live in remote areas this is something we can benefit from for sure.I live in the country, and in my area the cell phone service is not the best throughout my home. This booster helps to amplify my signal giving me better reach. The set up can take some time, so follow the instructions.If you install properly and follow the instructions you'll definitely see the results. A great way to make sure you can enjoy calls throughout your home or even in your office if you have similar issues.
Had one bar at my cabin without the booster and after it was installed the signal is very spotty. It only seems to work if we’re standing a foot or two in front of the booster and it only gets text messages and phone calls, the internet is non existent. Not very happy with the service for the cost.

A month or so ago my ATT signal went from a weak 2 bars to 1 weaker bar which frequently faded to zero bars in this area. Now thanks to the Hiboost, we have 4 full bars, which works much much much better than ever. I use a phone as a hot spot, it is my only option. I am very happy with the improvement to my cell strength. The Hiboost works well (much better than without the Hiboost 10K plus) with the antena pointing in any direction. in the best position it gives download speeds of upto 70Mbs and upload up to 7Mbs. These numbers are more 10X than my best numbers from i cell phone alone (7 and .7). My cell service often made even sending texts a futile effort. Thank you Hiboost. It works so much better, I really am impressed. It is a huge improvement. If you live in a cellular dead zone, I would recommend the HiBoost 10K plus. I do hate needing to spend the $450 just to access my cellular plan, but I don't expect a closer tower being built anytime soon . My closest Cell Tower is 7.8 miles away. Installing is easy but running the cables did take me hours. Once they were finally run, easy to get up and running. Some good videos out there which were helpful.
